पास्ता एक ऐसा रेसिपी है जिसका नाम सुनकर बड़े और बच्चो दोनों के मुह में पानी आ जाता है.
हालाँकि पास्ता एक भारतीय व्यंजन नही है, लेकिन आज कल ये भारतीय घरो, रेस्टोरेंट्स, स्ट्रीट फ़ूड और पार्टीऔ में बहुत प्रसिद्ध हो चूका है.

Ingredients

  

  • 200 g Pasta
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 pcs Garlic
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 1 tbsp Kashmiri laal mirch
  • 1 tbsp Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Black paper
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 cubes Cheese

Instructions

 

  • Chaliye pasta banana shuru karten hain:-
    Preparations:
    sabse pehle sabjiyo ko barik kaat le. Humne yha pyaz, lesun, tmatar, or shimla mirch lia h. Aap or b koi seasonal sabji ko le saktin hain. French beans b pasta bhut achi lagti hain. Aap spinach ya corn b daal sakten hain.
  • Boil of Pasta:
    Pasta ko boil kre. 1 cup pasta me 8 cup pani daalen. Phle pani ko ubaalen. Boil ho jane pr usme pasta daale. Phir 1 tbsp namak or thoda oil daalne. Oil daalne se pasta chipakta nhi hai. Pani ko 10 min tak ubalen. Jab pasta ache se ubal jaye to extra pani nikal de or pasta ko running tap ke niche rakh den.
  • Preparation of Pasta:
    Abi Pan me 2 tbsp butter daalen. Phir garlic and onion ko halka golden brown hone tak bhune. Pyaz bhun jane pr chopped tomatoes daalen or namak swadanusaar daalen. Jab tmatar gal jaye tab shimla mirch daalen or 2-3 min tak chalyen. Ab sabjiyan halki fry ho gyin hain. Ab haldi, kashmiri laal mirch, kali mirch, or orageno herbs daalen. Ab 2 tbsp tomato catchup dalen or 1 min chalayen. Ab is mixture me boiled pasta daalen or 5 min tak medium flame pr chalayem. Ab pasta taiyaar h.Ese coriander ke sath garnish kre. aap chesse b daal sakte hain.
  • Ready to serve:
    Pasta ko garam garam green/red chilli sauce k sath serve kren.
